Thought Reform and Group Abuse

History of thought reform and the signs and symptoms of it's use within groups.

Group Leaders

"Blind surrender to authority is an emotional indulgence and illusory security the species can no longer afford."

"The narcissist attacks separateness in everyone with whom he must have a relationship. Either they fit into his ego-supporting mold or they are extruded from his life. Narcissistic rage and aggression are based on fear. His entitlement to absolute control over others must go unchallenged.”

Excerpts from "Power vs. Force" by David Hawkins

This book is a useful tool that demonstrates a scale of human behaviors from the most basic survival mechanism to the highest humanitarian service. As such it can be used to assess the level of awareness, specifically humanitarian awareness of spiritual groups and leaders, or any body of information. From this I hope trainers will assess the structure and leadership of Training in Power.
